Associate Professor Vesna Durnev - President of the Macedonian Society of Anesthesiologists and Intensive Care Medicine

Dr. Vesna Durnev is an esteemed Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the Medical Faculty of Ss Cyril and Methodius University. She serves as the Head of the Department for Neurosurgical Anesthesia, Reanimation, and Intensive Care at the University Clinic of Traumatology, Orthopedics, Anesthesia, Reanimation, Intensive Care, and Emergency at the University Clinical Center “Mother Theresa” in Skopje. Additionally, Dr. Durnev holds the prestigious position of President of the Macedonian Society of Anesthesiologists and Intensive Care Medicine. With comprehensive expertise in anesthesia and a focus on neurosurgical intensive care medicine, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and skills with students and anesthesia residents. Dr. Durnev also serves as an educator in the simulation center and as a hospital transplant coordinator, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing medical practice and patient care.
